Nancy Brundage, OneBlood Area Representative for Key West and the Florida Keys, recently presented a $1,080 check to Superintendent Ed Tierney and Take Stock in Children Program Coordinator Chuck Licis-Masson.
The contribution represents funds raised through blood drives held at Monroe County schools last winter and spring. OneBlood contributes $20 for every unit of blood collected, with proceeds benefiting Take Stock in Children and other programs supporting students across Monroe County Public Schools.
Thank you to OneBlood and everyone who rolled up their sleeves to donate. Your generosity helps save lives while supporting opportunities for our students!
