The Chancellor’s Leadership Academy is a prestigious professional learning program designed to develop and support Florida’s current and aspiring educational leaders. Through collaboration with outstanding administrators from across the state, participants engage in leadership development, instructional best practices, problem-solving, and innovative strategies that strengthen schools and student achievement.
Melissa and Dana will learn alongside educational leaders from across Florida and bring new ideas, strategies, and best practices back to Monroe County. Their experience will help strengthen leadership development and support the continued growth of MCSD principals and assistant principals.
