MCSD is proud to announce that Daliana Goins has been selected as our District Management Leader of the Year — a truly well‑deserved recognition!
Daliana serves as the Coordinator of Threat Management and Harm Prevention, leading critical districtwide work in Mental Health and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She trains staff across MCSD, supports school teams through the Behavior Threat process, and ensures all state requirements are met with exceptional knowledge, precision, and care.
This year, Daliana also completed the rigorous requirements to become an elite national trainer, reflecting her deep expertise and her passion for supporting the safety and well‑being of students and staff.
The announcement was made today by Executive Director Pat Lefere and Superintendent Ed Tierney, surrounded by cheering district office staff who were thrilled to celebrate her accomplishments.
