Congratulations to CSHS Students Lily Soca and Vanessa Gabriel for advancing from the District STEM Fair to the State STEM Fair this April! Their STEM project examined the impacts of invasive Australian pine needles on near shore communities and ocean pH.
Coral Shores High School was also proudly represented by Andres Alvarado and Nathaniel Shugarman. Each group received recognition in their category, along with special awards and gifts from Mote Marine Laboratory, the Florida Association of Science Teachers, and the Dolphin Research Center.
We are incredibly proud of our students and their passion for science. Best of luck at the State STEM Fair!
