Key Largo School hosted an AVID National team this week. The group of AVID leaders, along with some Coral Shores High School students and deputy superintendent Amber Acevedo, did classroom walk-throughs and saw amazing instruction taking place.
AVID strategies are engaging and help students take charge of their own learning. Key Largo School is a national demonstration school and they have so much to be proud of! The walk-through ended with the student ambassadors, high school, students and AVID staff, exchanging thoughts and ideas.
