  • Monroe County School District OpenGov Portal

    The school district uses an eProcurement system called OpenGov for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses. The District's eProcurement Portal allows vendors to:

    • Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities by subscribing to our portal.
    • Follow updates to an open solicitation, by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
    • Submit questions and receive answers to open solicitations.
    • Be guided through the process of responding electronically to ITBs, RFPs, etc. to ensure submissions have been accurately completed.
    • Ultimately, this portal will be your one location for all bid opportunities issed by the School District. 

    Step 1: Register in OpenGov

    CLICK HERE to sign-up as vendor at no charge with OpenGov. You will receive an email from OpenGov with instructions to activate your account.

    Step 2: Subscribe to Receive Solicitation Updates

    Once your account is activated, visit the Monroe County School District Procurement Portal and click the "Subscribe" button to stay up to date with solicitations. After successful vendor registration and after you have subscribed to receive notifications, solicitation documents will be available for download at no charge. 

    Step 3: Manage Notification Preferences

    After subscribing, manage your category code(s) and notification preferences by logging into your OpenGov Company Profile. Visit the OpenGov Help Page to learn more about setting up category codes.
