The Office of Risk Management is dedicated to providing premier risk management solutions for the Monroe County School District. The office strives to insulate the Board and taxpayers from risk of loss.
Risk Management is responsible for managing insurance claims, including the management of automobile accidents with district vehicles, workman's comp claims, incidents and accidents involving students and claims regarding damage on or to district properties.
Risk Management Forms
The 2022/23 Student Accident Insurance plan is currently in effect. Health Special Risk, Inc. (HSR) continues to administer this program. This coverage is selected to have reliable coverage for students. If they do not have any other coverage available to them, this plan may be a resource to consider.
Customer Service for Parents & Medical Providers: For enrollment issues or claims inquires, the HSR Customer Service Department is available toll-free daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time at 866-409-5733.
