Mrs. Stacie Gonzalez has been voted Stanley Switlik’s Teacher of the Year!

Her colleagues describe Stacie as someone who consistently goes above and beyond, stepping in wherever she sees a need and always being willing to offer support, guidance, or encouragement. She is much more than our Math Coach. She is a teacher, mentor, problem-solver, and trusted resource for educators across our campus. Her knowledge, patience, generosity, and commitment to continuous growth make a difference in classrooms throughout our school.

Stacie has an incredible gift for bringing math to life. She invests tremendous thought and creativity into lessons, finds engaging ways to help students understand difficult concepts, and helps them connect math to everyday life so they understand the “why” behind their learning.

Stacie, thank you for the heart, creativity, expertise, and dedication you bring to our campus. We are incredibly fortunate to have you as our Math Coach, teacher, mentor, colleague, and friend.
