This past week, our school had a wonderful time celebrating Dr. Seuss Week as part of Read Across America. Throughout the week, students participated in fun themed dress-up days that encouraged creativity while celebrating the joy of reading.
π© Monday β Cat in the Hat Day Students kicked off the week wearing their favorite hats and festive red, white, and striped styles inspired by the classic Dr. Seuss character.
π΄ Tuesday β The Sleep Book Pajama Day Students came to school cozy and comfortable in their pajamas while enjoying a day full of stories and reading activities.
π€ͺ Wednesday β Wacky Wednesday Creativity was on full display as students wore mismatched outfits, silly patterns, and wild stylesβthe wackier the better!
π Thursday β Green Eggs and Ham Students wore green to celebrate one of Dr. Seussβs most beloved books and added lots of bright color to the school day.
𧦠Friday β Fox in Socks We wrapped up the week with students showing off their silliest and most colorful socks to celebrate the fun and rhythm of this classic story.
πΈ Dr. Seuss Photo Booth Students also had the chance to visit our Dr. Seuss photo booth, where they took fun pictures with Seuss-themed props and captured memories from a fantastic week.
Dr. Seuss Week is a special time to encourage a love of reading, spark imagination, and remind students that books can take us anywhere. It was a fantastic week filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of great stories. We are so proud of our students for participating and making the week so memorable! ππ
