The Monroe County School District is home to more than 8,000 in the upper, middle, and lower keys. Our Mission, Charting the Course for Change, embraces an ever-changing and diverse world that will require students to adapt. Therefore, the mission of the Monroe County Schools is to empower all students to become responsible and contributing global citizens.
