No Cost Eye Exams and Glasses for Children.

Senior pictures will take place over two days on August 19th and 20th in the auditorium. Appointments will be emailed to every senior when school starts. Please be on time for your appointment and have patience as there are many seniors taking their pictures.
On your appointment date, you will show your teacher the email so they can give you permission to come down to the auditorium. You will report right back to class once your picture is taken.
All the clothing is provided to you by Herff Jones. They will have a tux shirt and jacket for the boys and a black drape for the girls. They will also provide a cap and gown if you wish to take a picture in that.
The yearbook picture which is a tux shirt for boys and the black drape for girls is free.
If you wish to take a picture in a cap and gown as well, the fee is $25.00. You will pay that fee when you check in on your date and time. There will be a QR code if you wish to pay with a card. They will also accept cash and checks made payable to “HJMiami”.
Senior Boys—please wear a white shirt so there is no color under the tux shirt that is provided.
Senior Girls—please wear or bring a strapless top or tank top so the black drape they provide for you can be placed right over your clothes. Don’t forget about the school dress code so if you wear the strapless top to school make sure you wear a jacket over it. 😊
After your picture is taken, you will receive a private online code that day to select which picture you want to be in the yearbook and pay for any selected pictures. Please ask your photographer any questions about that.
You will also receive a new school id.
If you have any questions, please email me at Stacy.Saunders@keysschools.com
