Civic engagement in action at Key West High School!
Earlier this week, Key West High School welcomed Sherri Hodies from the Monroe County Supervisor of Elections office for an engaging presentation on the importance of voting. With a warm welcome from George the Eagle and Mr. Bill, the energy was high!
More than 58 eligible seniors registered to vote during the visit—on top of many already registered students.
A powerful experience for the Class of 2026 and a strong step toward lifelong civic participation!
The Supervisor of Elections Office has now registered over 120 students this year across all three Monroe County public high schools.
