As a first-year teacher in our K-5 ESE classroom, Ella has created a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where every student feels safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed. She brings a positive attitude and a smile to school each day, even when faced with challenges.
Ella is always looking for new ways to support her students, welcomes feedback, and is willing to try new approaches to help every child learn and grow. Her patience, flexibility, and caring nature shine through in everything she does. She is also a wonderful team player who supports her colleagues and brings fresh ideas to her classroom.
