Today, our first graders used dice to create compare and subtract problems! 🎲

Students took turns rolling the dice, drawing the dots to represent each number, and then deciding which number was larger to create their equation. Once their equations were written, students compared the numbers and used their thinking to solve the subtraction problem.

We love seeing our students build their math skills through hands-on learning, teamwork, and a little fun!
