Lauren from Safer Smarter Kids visited GAE to speak with our second-grade students about important safety skills. She reviewed “grown-up buddies” within their trusted triangle and emphasized the importance of speaking up when something doesn’t feel right or feels confusing. Students learned how to use their voice and seek help from trusted adults to stay safe.
