This past Saturday, the Sharks represented Sugarloaf School at the annual 5th grade county-wide track meet at Key West High School. We may have only brought home one medal, but we brought back so much more — experience, memories, teamwork, and a lot of fun.
A huge congratulations to Marleigh Palomino for earning 3rd place in the softball throw! We are so proud of her accomplishment.
Most importantly, every Shark showed up with heart, courage, and school pride. We learned, we competed, we cheered each other on, and we made memories that will last far longer than any trophy. Sometimes the biggest victories come from simply showing up, giving your best effort, and growing together as a team.
