Our SLS Literacy Team joined in on the Sugarloaf School PTO’s annual Trunk or Treat with our EL Family Literacy Trunk: “Read More BOOOks!” 
Families had a spooktacular time exploring literacy stations like phonics sensory bins, a Halloween word hunt, and of course, our fang-tastic book giveaway! 
A monster-sized thank you to our incredible PTO for organizing such a wonderful event, and our amazing staff members who volunteered their time to make the night magical! Almost every student left with a book in hand, and we couldn’t be more excited to cultivate a love for reading outside the classroom!
