MHS Champions for Change Member and Monroe County Coalition Youth Leader, Adriana Calvo, has been selected as the 2026 CADCA Mid-year youth speaker. In Orlando this summer, Adriana will have the opportunity to address over 3,000 youth and adult prevention leaders during the opening plenary. We are incredibly proud of her. The CADCA Mid-Year Training Institute is one of the nation’s premier youth prevention leadership conferences, bringing together thousands of students, educators, coalition leaders and prevention advocates from across the country. The conference focuses on leadership development, substance abuse prevention, community engagement and peer-to-peer advocacy, giving students the opportunity to collaborate with national leaders while learning strategies to create positive change in their schools and communities.
