On April 23, Marathon High School was proud to celebrate its dedicated volunteers during the Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast, graciously hosted by Chef Stanton and his talented culinary students. The event showcased the students’ skills and professionalism while providing a warm and welcoming morning for the many community members who generously give their time to support the school.

The celebration also featured special touches from student groups across campus. Leadership students painted “You Rock” rocks as tokens of appreciation for each volunteer, while the Beginning Band delivered a wonderful musical performance that added to the festive atmosphere.

Volunteers play an essential role in strengthening Marathon High School through their contributions in academics, athletics, clubs, athletics, and extracurricular activities. From assisting in classrooms and mentoring students to supporting events and school programs, their service helps create meaningful opportunities for all students.

“Volunteers are the heart of our school community,” said Christine Paul. “Their time, dedication, and support make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and staff. We are deeply grateful for all they do to help Marathon High School thrive.”
