Students from Marathon High School impressed judges and competitors alike at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality’s Culinary Competition in Orlando, earning 2nd place in the sushi event—despite never having made sushi before the competition.
The Marathon team showcased creativity, teamwork, and quick learning as they took on the challenge. Their strong finish highlights the growing strength of Marathon’s culinary program and the dedication of its students and instructors.
