School Advisory Council (SAC)

  • The School Advisory Council (SAC) of Horace O'Bryant School shall act as a liaison between the school and the community it serves; shall serve in an advisory capacity to the school principal; the School Improvement Plan required pursuant to Section 230.23(18), Florida Statute; shall answer questions and offer recommendations regarding school plans and policies.

Meeting Dates

  • The Horace O'Bryant School SAC is an integral part of the Buccaneer Community. Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 12:00 PM in the HOB Media Center. Information is shared, discussions are held, and presenters offer insight into programs at the school. Parents also assist with important events during the year. Major policies and procedures are brought before SAC for input. We invite all parents to attend and join a wonderful team supporting our school's success! Please check in at the front office upon arrival.
