Clinic locations and days of operation for each site are located on the Clinic Flyers. Clinics will not plan to offer COVID-19 Testing at this time. Each Clinic location will have a poster with this information posted along with the clinic phone number to contact the provider inside. They ask that you contact the provider at each clinic prior to entering the clinic, this will allow them the ability to provide the highest quality of care for you and to protect all of us during this time.
