Congratulations to Vanessa Gabriel on her incredible performance at the 2026 Florida High School Girls Weightlifting State Championships!
Vanessa is now a Double State Champion, taking first place in the Olympic Division with her combined Snatch and Clean and Jerk totaling 335lbs and also claiming first place in the Traditional Division with her combined Clean and Jerk & Bench Press totaling 385lbs. She set personal records in both her Clean and Jerk (200 lb) and Bench Press (185 lb). Vanessa is the first female in Coral Shores history to win a state title in Weightlifting.
