The Key Largo School Literacy Coach supports all K-8 staff in the implementation of the district reading plan and program. Ms. Castillo works directly with teachers providing classroom-based modeling of best practices, ongoing instructional support, and facilitating professional development. Our goal is to provide learning opportunities for students that are engaging and help develop a student’s ownership of learning. The Literacy Coach is also available as a resource for parents.
