MCSD & UTM Bargaining Team

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING-Note October 14th meeting is canceled and will be rescheduled.

The Monroe County School District (MCSD) and the United Teachers of Monroe (UTM) convene annually to bargain conditions pertinent to the UTM, Teachers, and SRP Contracts.  A bargaining session will occur on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  A subcommittee, Educational Performance Incentive Compensation (EPIC), will be working on teacher evaluation and meeting on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  The EPIC teams will also meet on the following dates:

Thursday, October 14, 2021(CANCELED), Wednesday, November 10, 2021, Thursday, December 9, 2021, Thursday, January 13, 2022, Thursday, February 10, 2022, Thursday, March 10, 2022, Thursday, April 14, 2022, and Thursday, May 12, 2022.  All of these EPIC meetings will be from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

The meetings will be conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams.  For access to observe or any inquiries, please contact Harry Russell by email at: no later than Noon, the day before a scheduled session.  The public is welcomed and can observe at the following location:
