Parents are asked to complete the Lunch Benefits Application.  Though meals are free this year, the applications help to determine the amount of funding that the state allocates to Title I and Internet Connection Rates for the school district next year.  Lunch Benefits Application Form ( ) is the link to the form.  Forms are also available at the school.

Each school has a nurse that is available to students.  In order for a student to be seen, a Health History Emergency Contact Form must be on file. If you want your child to be able to see the nurse, please complete the form and return it to the school nurse if you have not done so already.
