KWHS prevails in the District Academic Challenge Competition
The District Academic Challenge competition is a team effort to answer complex questions in core curriculum areas, fine arts and world languages. Students practice throughout the year with their coach to prepare for this academically rigorous event. KWHS is the District Champion with a first place finish, followed by CSHS in second, CFK Academy in third, and MHS in fourth. KWHS will now move on to the state level competition. Dr. Ashley Mellies and members of the Curriculum Team prepared and hosted the competition at MHS.
