Our KWPD School Resource Officers recently completed a collaborative week of work-related professional development which also included participation from some of our SRO's from our Monroe County Sheriff's Office. MCSD's District Threat Management and Mental Health Coordinator, Daliana Goins, presented valuable updates to regulations and Florida Department of Education policies in the areas of comprehensive school safety and harm prevention.
