Environmental Education meeting
Superintendent Theresa Axford and Deputy Superintendent Amber Acevedo visited with the United Way of Collier and the Keys and United Arab Emirates at a recent meet and greet at the Key West Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden. It was an opportunity to get updated on the exciting developments in the UWCK/UAE partnership that reaches into the classrooms to help students understand the importance of being environmental stewards. We all have a mutual appreciation for coral reefs and an interest in helping to revitalize our reefs.
