Please digitally sign the technology agreement google form. In order for your child to be issued a device, the technology agreement must be completed by a parent/guardian. If you have multiple children at Sugarloaf School, you must complete a form for each child.
Please be sure to fill out the form labeled “Elementary School” if your child is in grades VPK-5.
Please fill out the form labeled “Middle School” if your child is in grades 6-8.
