On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, the School Board will begin with a Closed Session for a Safety and Security Update starting at approximately 4:30 P.M., followed by a Workshop for Affordable Housing at 4:45 P.M. The Regular Business Meeting approximately at 5:00 P.M. The host location is Key West City Hall, 1300 White Street, Key West, FL 33040.

Citizens wishing to address the Board on any agenda item before action should register to speak during the Citizen Input segment of the meeting by calling (305) 293-1400 ext. 53392 by 2:00 P.M of the meeting day. Upon arrival at the meeting, speakers will complete the Speaker's Form.

The Monroe County School District will hold a community meeting on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. to discuss the proposed renovations to Reynolds School. The meeting will take place in the Monroe County School District board room, located at 241 Trumbo Rd, Key West, FL 33040.

Purpose: 

This meeting will provide updates on the upcoming construction project at Reynolds School. It is an opportunity for residents and staff to learn about project details, ask questions, and provide feedback on the planned renovations and improvements.

• Conceptual design features and building improvements
• Project overview and timeline
• Q&A session with the project team
