eHRPortal for Employees

This HR Portal allows Monroe County School District staff to create their own user name and password to gain access to the system that allows employees to approve their PIFs, do change of address, Exhibit A and soon to come - leave forms.



 

Background Screening Procedures have been established by the Monroe County School Board regarding compliance with the Jessica Lunsford Act and to assist you in applying for Level II background screening.  Contractors can now register at: https://pats.monroe.k12.fl.us/CATS/vcn.nsf

The Monroe County School District has implemented PATS (Paperless Applicant Tracking System).  PATS is an efficient and accurate communication process for employment applicants and for school principals as they make interviewing and hiring selections.  Applicants can update demographic information, monitor their applicant portfolio, and indicate their interest in a specific job posting all on-line. Job openings are posted on the PATS website

Conferences are required for employees who are on leave for 10 days or more.  Contact your site's office manager for information about setting up a conference appointment.  Upper Keys and Middle Keys employees may schedule a videoconference through their office manager.
