  • Quest Diagnostics is the preferred participating provider for laboratory services for all Monroe County School Board Members (Marathon locations) (Key West Locations)

  • Procedure:  Contact Quest, fax doctor’s prescription, they will complete the Quest Requisition Form and fax back to you,  take the requisition form to the Lab for your blood work.

Pharmacy Benefit Management

Effective January 1st, 2010 your prescription drug benefit will be administered by EnvisionRxOptions.    Additional information about EnvisionRxOptions and your prescription benefit can be found by registering at www.envisionrx.com.

Sick Leave Pool Sick Leave Pool - Representatives from the Administration Team and United Teachers of Monroe met recently to review the Sick Leave Pool of both the Teachers and the Administration/Support Pools.   It was also decided that the Pools would have two open enrollment periods to allow employees two opportunities to enroll.  The next open enrollment period will be starting February 1st, 2009.  (Letter of Understanding)
