Internet Safety

Monroe County School District partners with I-SAFE America Inc. to provide classroom curriculum to empower students, teachers, parents, and concerned adults to make the Internet a safer place. i-SAFE is a non-profit foundation dedicated to protecting the online experiences of youth everywhere.

New Website for Internet Safety

The Florida Association of District School Superintendents (FADSS) is happy to join Attorney General Bill McCollum in promoting the safeflorida.net/safesurf website created by the Attorney General's office.  This website was developed to help educate students about the safe uses of the internet and to emphasize the need for cyber safety. The internet itself plays an important role in carrying out that mission.
